April 29, 2017 – Family Golf Center: Craig Story, ranked by Golf Digest as one of the Top Ten teaching professionals, will meet with the Tourette families from noon until 2 PM. Stress, Attention Deficit, Hypersensitivities, Behavior
These are all issues that parents in Tourette Families are so familiar with. Cognitive Behavior Intervention for Tics, or CBIT, will be our topic for the evening. Karen Balk, a Clinical Occupational Therapist with Washington University Occupational Therapy Clinical Practice will be our speaker. As a therapist currently practicing CBIT in our area, she can relay information on this newest tic therapy, as well as how to access it locally. Karen is also quite knowledgeable on working with Sensory, Attention, and Stress Management issues that may be of concern to your child.

January 13, 2017 – Children’s Friday Night Activity at Chesterfield Sports Fusion
We will meet at 5:30 PM on Friday, January 13th for an evening of sharing and fun. After a pizza dinner and some informational sharing, the Chapter will purchase a two-hour pass for children to enjoy time getting to know one another and playing games.
